J.C. Penney was never so much as a blip on my radar. Until I saw this dress:


I love the collar, the side bow, the folded sleeves, the swingy skirt. Who knew a $50 wrap dress from J.C. Penney could be so reminiscent of Diane Von Furstenberg?
